Develop and maintain IBM DataPower integration solutions, including XSLT transformations and GatewayScript logic for XML and JSON processing. Design SOAP and REST services, configure DataPower infrastructure, apply API and integration standards, and troubleshoot integration issues. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, communicate effectively in English, and support deployments in KSA. OpenShift deployment experience and Arabic communication skills are preferred.

The APIGEE API Developer/Consultant will handle the full-cycle implementation of APIs on the API Management Platform, focusing on enterprise-level integrations and ensuring compliance with design and security protocols.

Owns operational and commercial governance for key IT services accounts, including SLA tracking, timesheet approval, billing, delivery note sign-off, revenue assurance, client escalations, resource mobilization, compliance coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. The role protects T&M revenue, resolves service and billing issues, maintains account reporting, and serves as the primary operational client contact.
