Part-time consultant supporting AlphaLab and Innovation Works venture-platform operations. Responsibilities include coordinating programs, events, workshops, and founder activities; improving founder experiences; documenting and scaling processes; organizing portfolio resources; gathering feedback; and using AI and automation to improve efficiency. The role requires independent execution, stakeholder coordination, startup ecosystem familiarity, and strong operational judgment.

Build and manage entrepreneur, mentor, partner, and investor communities across technology sectors. Lead onboarding, cross-sector initiatives, mentor programs, events, introductions, workshops, content, perks, dashboards, and scalable program processes. Maintain portfolio data in marketing systems and collaborate with communications, business development, and investment teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, partnership-building, startup ecosystem experience, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

The Investment Associate evaluates investment opportunities, manages portfolio data, conducts market research, supports diligence processes, and engages with investors.
