Assembles components into envelopes, applies stamps, meets production and quality standards, follows safety policies and SOPs, communicates production issues, and supports teamwork. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, physical ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more, and willingness to work overtime and meet deadlines in a manufacturing environment.

Coordinates direct mail projects from initiation through delivery, managing specifications, artwork, data, work orders, postage, production, shipping, inventory, billing, and postal compliance. Collaborates with clients and internal art, data, prepress, production, and accounting teams to meet timelines and budgets. Conducts project meetings, quality checks, approvals, issue resolution, and maintains accurate project records in company systems.
