Supports organizational development, talent management, learning, employee engagement, and change initiatives. Coordinates HR programs and projects, maintains documentation and talent data, analyzes workforce and survey information, prepares dashboards and presentations, develops learning resources, and supports stakeholder communications. The role also contributes to process improvement, benchmarking, automation, and responsible use of HR technology and AI tools while handling confidential employee information.

Tracks project profitability, budgets, revenue, expenses, invoicing, and financial reconciliations for clinical research projects. Creates project setups, budgets, accruals, journal entries, forecasts, and financial reports; investigates variances and supports project managers, clients, audits, and process improvements. Requires project accounting experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

Supports the Legal Department with clinical research contracts, contract execution, legal documentation, privacy assessments, regulatory compliance, audits, and corporate governance activities. Maintains contract databases and document systems, conducts legal and regulatory research, develops legal templates and SOPs, and coordinates with internal stakeholders, external counsel, notaries, and regulators. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, contract administration expertise, and familiarity with clinical research, GCP, and privacy regulations.
