Maintain ATS and recruitment systems, manage pre-employment checks, support employer branding and social recruiting, produce recruiting analytics, and lead talent acquisition initiatives. Collaborate with HR Business Partners on onboarding transitions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Leads global, multinational clinical trials in dermatology and rheumatology from startup through closeout. Serves as the primary sponsor contact, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, manages budgets, timelines, recruitment, quality, risks, audits, and study deliverables. Oversees project teams and ensures compliance with GCP, ICH standards, and local regulations across multisite Phase III studies.
