Drive membership growth and retention through community outreach, educational presentations, relationship-building with providers/brokers, and events. Maintain CRM records, analyze market trends, support enrollment periods, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve satisfaction.

Coordinate and support enterprise employee and member experience programs, manage timelines and deliverables, track engagement metrics, create presentations and communications, partner with cross-functional teams, support governance and change management, and contribute to process improvements. Remote role with occasional travel for events and site visits.
