Manage software release calendars and deployment coordination across concurrent projects and environments. Define release processes, readiness criteria, approval gates, rollback plans, and change controls. Coordinate Development, QA, UAT, and stakeholder teams; lead go/no-go meetings; document releases; mitigate risks; support post-release monitoring; and improve release management practices, templates, and reporting.

Lead Microsoft Azure cloud architecture, operations, security, privacy, and compliance initiatives. Support Azure administration and engineering, cloud migrations, hybrid environments, networking, firewalls, identity, monitoring, storage, databases, and load balancing. Provide technical guidance, lead architecture discussions, mentor engineering staff, and create technical documentation. The role requires extensive Azure and AWS experience, with preferred experience in on-premises migrations and hybrid cloud operations.

Develop and maintain Angular/.NET full-stack applications supporting state HR, financial, and administrative systems. Responsibilities include legacy modernization, REST API and database development, CI/CD pipeline management, automated and manual testing, production deployments, documentation, data-integrity improvements, Power BI integration, security compliance, and cross-functional Agile collaboration.
