Teams at Innophos

Oversee manufacturing and packaging activities, production schedules, staffing, equipment maintenance, quality, food safety, EH&S compliance, and continuous improvement. Lead up to 20 unionized hourly employees, monitor performance and overtime, train personnel, support audits, manage supplies through an ERP system, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, safety, sales, and business teams to meet production goals.

Lead project development, estimation, planning and execution for plant process improvements. Create material balances, PFDs and P&IDs, manage contractors, support start-up and maintenance, troubleshoot production issues, and drive reliability, safety, and sustainability projects.

Partner with plant leadership to manage labor and employee relations, lead collective bargaining and grievance/arbitration processes, drive talent acquisition and development, ensure HR compliance and HR operations across two manufacturing sites, and support workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
