Innophos Benefits Overview

Manages site MRO storeroom operations, including inventory control, purchasing coordination, receiving, storage, labeling, cycle counts, audits, supplier services, and inventory system administration. Leads continuous improvement initiatives such as barcoding, reorganization, and 5S while ensuring regulatory compliance, adequate material availability, accurate records, and safe, orderly storage areas. Supports maintenance teams and site-wide corporate projects.

Supports chemical production and packaging operations by operating and troubleshooting equipment, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, recording production data, reprocessing materials, and moving pallets with a forklift. The role requires rotating shifts, physical labor, PPE and respirator use, accurate documentation, basic mathematics, and successful equipment and process knowledge testing.

Leads monthly and annual close activities, reconciles general ledger and bank accounts, prepares journal entries and accounting schedules, manages sales tax calculations and international payments, supports audits, and ensures compliance with financial policies, reporting requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley rules. Collaborates with Treasury, FP&A, Tax, and Operations while producing accurate financial reports and resolving account variances.
