Performs aerospace product inspections, documentation reviews, quality data analysis, process investigations, MRB and RMA support, and corrective-action recommendations. Supports AS9003 compliance and AS9100 certification initiatives while improving EIDP processes and quality systems. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, operations, customers, and suppliers on quality issues and configuration changes. The role requires cross-functional manufacturing or quality experience, strong documentation and analytical skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Lead system integration and automated testing for embedded/complex software. Design and execute test plans and DTPs/ATPs, write Python test scripts, debug failures, collaborate with hardware and manufacturing teams, enhance automated test architecture, and provide labor/schedule estimates while presenting findings to stakeholders and test review boards.

Design, develop, and integrate cyber-secure embedded software for satellite avionics and payload systems. Lead implementation on ARM and RISC-V multi-core processors with FPGA integration, configure embedded Linux and RTOS, implement secure networking and cryptography, support hardware integration and testing, and mentor junior engineers while enforcing secure design and configuration management practices.
