Lead and manage an embedded software and cryptographic engineering team to design, develop, integrate, and verify secure, rugged Low-SWaP aerospace products. Drive software architecture, development processes, testing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver embedded Linux and RTOS-based COMSEC, networking, and FPGA-integrated solutions that meet mission and security requirements.

Design, implement, test, and integrate real-time embedded firmware and device drivers in C/C++ and Rust. Debug hardware-software interactions, translate system requirements into code, participate in reviews, document designs, and collaborate with hardware, systems, and test teams using modern development practices (Git, compilers, debuggers).

As an IT Systems Administrator III, you'll manage system infrastructure, enforce security, troubleshoot technical issues, lead IT projects, and mentor junior staff, ensuring compliance and efficient operations.
