Provide technical support for INNERGY Design and integrated CAD/CAM solutions via Intercom and Microsoft Dynamics. Troubleshoot CAD integrations, library configurations, and manufacturing workflows; create reproducible bug reports; maintain knowledge base content; tag and train AI for automated support; collaborate with Engineering and Product to prioritize fixes and improve processes to reduce manual ticket volume and improve customer satisfaction.

The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on growing partnerships, upselling services, and driving contract renewals while collaborating with various teams to maximize customer success.

Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering team, collaborating with Sales and Product to deliver technical solutions and drive revenue. Develop a culture of continuous improvement, support high-value deals, and ensure customer feedback shapes product direction.
