Manage structured client onboarding for INNERGY's cloud ERP: set expectations, define milestones, educate clients, monitor progress with data, solve adoption challenges, keep clients engaged, and feed feedback into training/content priorities.

Lead and unify a global Customer Success organization to build a scalable operating system driving onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and lifetime value. Own CS strategy, tooling (health scoring, automation, HubSpot CSP), metrics, forecasting, enablement, and cross-functional alignment while leveraging AI and 1-to-many models to grow outcomes without linear headcount increases.
