Provides technical support for INNERGY Design, Microvellum Toolbox, and AutoCAD-based CAD/CAM workflows. Responsibilities include troubleshooting client issues, managing support tickets, documenting solutions, tagging tickets to train AI systems, reporting bugs, analyzing trends, and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve the product and support experience.

Guide new clients through structured onboarding by setting milestones, tracking progress, supporting education, encouraging software adoption, resolving engagement challenges, maintaining communication, documenting interactions, and gathering feedback. The role monitors client health using data, collaborates with content and training teams, and helps clients achieve measurable business value from INNERGY’s ERP platform. Travel is required up to 10%.

The Vice President of Revenue Operations will build and lead INNERGY’s revenue operating system across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Responsibilities include revenue planning, forecasting, GTM process design, performance analytics, technology governance, automation, executive reporting, and organizational alignment. The role will improve visibility, forecast accuracy, revenue efficiency, lifecycle management, and accountability while developing a scalable Revenue Operations team and partnering closely with executive leadership.
