Own a portfolio of SaaS renewals from scheduling and customer confirmation through quoting, agreement execution, and signature. Maintain renewal forecasts, CRM records, contract data, and churn reporting. Identify at-risk accounts, route issues to Customer Success, Account Management, or Support, and surface retention patterns. The role also helps establish and document the company’s renewals process while managing a high-volume book of business with tiered customer engagement.

Prospects and qualifies SaaS customers through outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels. Builds pipeline, books qualified meetings, nurtures prospects, maintains accurate HubSpot CRM data, and collaborates with Sales and Marketing. The role requires becoming knowledgeable about the ERP platform and woodworking manufacturing customers while using outreach performance data and feedback to improve results.

Build and operate Azure cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes platforms. Improve scalability, reliability, observability, security, disaster recovery, and developer productivity across production SaaS systems. Participate in incident response, SLO and SLA practices, postmortems, compliance initiatives, and infrastructure modernization. Collaborate with global engineering, product, security, IT, and architecture teams while mentoring engineers and promoting DevOps best practices.
