Support daily finance operations including preparing and analyzing financial reports, bank reconciliation, expense control, budgeting and forecasting, and organizing fiscal and accounting documents.

Maintain and elevate Inner AI's brand across marketing channels; design social media, email, and promotional assets; collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams; manage schedules and deliverables; present and run training sessions. Hybrid role in São Paulo, focused on producing high-quality creative materials.

Support the product design team by refining user flows, maintaining the design system, creating wireframes and prototypes, producing developer handoffs, conducting user research and usability testing, and contributing to marketing materials in collaboration with product and engineering.

Lead and execute copy strategy across website, email, social, ads, blogs, VSLs and sales scripts. Craft clear value propositions and educational content for diverse audiences, collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success, and optimize copy through A/B testing to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Lead personalized onboarding and daily webinars, explain product features and use cases, identify upsell opportunities, convert clients to annual plans, monitor engagement to reduce churn, collect feedback, and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to improve retention and Customer Lifetime Value.

Build and maintain scalable, testable backend systems and RESTful APIs; implement best practices, concurrency, and integrations; automate build/deploy pipelines; evaluate and adopt backend and AI-related technologies to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Manage customer relationships to ensure success and retention by proactively assessing needs, delivering product training, providing assistance, gathering feedback, and creating retention strategies. Hybrid role based in Jardins, São Paulo (3x/week).
