Lead donor cultivation, stewardship, and corporate giving initiatives across an assigned portfolio. Grow monthly giving and donor pipelines, manage text campaigns, deliver presentations and tours, write proposals and acknowledgements, record interactions in Raiser's Edge NXT, and mentor team members to support revenue growth and donor experience.

Provides culturally sensitive support to Indigenous families experiencing housing crises. Assesses needs, connects families with Indigenous resources, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, ceremonies, and community services, and advocates for culturally appropriate care. Coordinates cultural activities, smudging, supplies, honorariums, and workshops; integrates traditional knowledge into program delivery; documents services and maintains referral and reporting data. Collaborates with shelter and housing teams while supporting staff learning about Indigenous cultures, histories, and reconciliation.

Provide culturally sensitive support to Indigenous families: assess needs, connect to resources and Elders, facilitate cultural programming and ceremonies, document case work in HOMES/HMIS, advocate and mentor families and staff.

The Senior Accountant maintains accurate financial records, leads monthly and annual closes, prepares financial statements and government filings, and supports audit readiness and internal controls. The role oversees fundraising data integration between Raiser's Edge and QuickBooks Online, partners with Fund Development on revenue recognition, supports finance functions, and improves financial systems and reporting. The position also provides backup finance support and may delegate for the Senior Manager, Finance.

Lead finance operations including accounting, month- and year-end close, audits, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. Manage and coach the finance team, support leadership with budget-to-actual analysis, liaise with fundraising for donation accounting, and strengthen financial systems and compliance.
