Handles coupon settlement operations, retailer and client inquiries, submitter verification, payment dispositions, returned-mail research, chargeback reconciliation, account records, and data-quality checks. The role answers live calls, responds to emails, troubleshoots client issues, supports research projects, trains clients, and collaborates with manufacturers, retailers, processing plants, vendors, Sales, and Client Services.

Administer and improve LMS processes, learning content, enrollments, and talent development systems. Conduct needs assessments, identify skill gaps, create training plans and internal learning content, coordinate vendors, manage training programs, evaluate learner performance, and lead projects that improve HR systems and processes. Partner with HR and organizational leaders to enhance associate development and experience.

Supports corporate communications and marketing initiatives by writing and publishing content, creating branded visual materials, updating websites, supporting SEO, compiling metrics, and coordinating campaigns, events, timelines, calendars, and deliverables across teams. The role manages multiple communication channels and projects while ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and messaging standards.
