The Sr. Accountant oversees accounting tasks for legal entities, including month-end close processes, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. This role involves training team members, process improvement, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead compensation design, analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluations. Maintain salary structures and data integrity in HR systems, support merit/bonus cycles, build reports and dashboards, advise HRBPs and leaders, and drive process and technology improvements for compensation programs.

Lead product operations for a ~72-person MarTech product org, owning operating cadence, roadmap governance, cross-functional alignment, release readiness, VOC, and tooling to connect product initiatives to business outcomes and drive process adoption.
