Perform installations, patching, performance tuning, automation via shell scripting, monitoring, documentation, ServiceNow ticket management, and participate in on-call rotation.

Produce visual solutions across brand, sales, and product channels (print, digital, web, presentations). Iterate on designs, follow brand guidelines, support video/motion/photography tasks, meet fast deadlines, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure quality, and support team initiatives.
