The role uses MadCap Flare and Confluence, applies single-source authoring, rewrites release notes, manages stakeholder feedback and approvals, and quality-assures documentation. It requires collaboration with global Product, SME, Account Management, and other teams while maintaining consistent terminology, accuracy, and content quality across multiple products and brands.
