Teams at Inland Hills Church

Lead and develop worship arts and production teams, recruit and pastor staff and volunteers, oversee budgets and resources, establish workflows and protocols, innovate worship experiences, provide pastoral care, and model spiritual growth in alignment with Inland Hills Church values.

Lead and oversee children's ministry (birth through 6th grade), plan curriculum and events, recruit and develop volunteers, partner with parents, collaborate across ministries, manage staff and interns, and foster a safe, engaging discipleship culture.

Lead and manage communications staff, contractors, and volunteers to produce cohesive brand messaging across web, social, print, and events. Create, distribute, and measure content and campaigns, collect stories of ministry impact, collaborate with ministry teams, and recommend/implement new tools and strategies to increase engagement while protecting the church brand.
