Supervise and coordinate electrical and instrumentation (E&I) maintenance for a pulp and paper mill to ensure equipment reliability and production uptime. Manage E&I staffing, safety programs, work planning/scheduling, spare parts, budget/costs, training of journeymen and apprentices, and support capital projects and continuous improvement.

Lead financial reporting, internal controls, and manufacturing cost accounting. Manage month-end close, budgeting, forecasts, audits, cash flow, ERP enhancements, and supervise AP/AR/payroll and staff to support operations and strategic decisions.
