Lead and manage engineering projects for mill equipment and infrastructure, oversee budgets and contractors, optimize processes to increase capacity and reduce cost, provide daily technical support, troubleshooting and implementation with maintenance and operations, and support continuous improvement and safety. Occasional on-call/off-hours coverage required.

Lead manufacturing and financial accounting functions including standard/job costing, inventory valuation, financial close, GAAP compliance, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow management, KPI reporting, audits, ERP support, and supervise AP/AR/payroll and staff while partnering with operations and leadership to improve profitability and controls.

Supervise and coordinate electrical and instrumentation (E&I) maintenance for a pulp and paper mill to ensure equipment reliability and production uptime. Manage E&I staffing, safety programs, work planning/scheduling, spare parts, budget/costs, training of journeymen and apprentices, and support capital projects and continuous improvement.
