Ink Factory is a Chicago-based, women-owned creative agency specializing in visual notes, illustration, and video. Founded in 2011 by a photographer, a graphic designer, and a sculptor, we started because we saw organizations drowning in complexity: brilliant ideas getting lost in translation, teams spinning their wheels in endless meetings. So we did what artists do: we drew a better way forward.
