Monitor, analyze, and optimize injection molding processes in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. Investigate defects and deviations, conduct process audits and statistical analysis, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support mold changes and equipment upgrades. Lead continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, maintain process documentation and validation protocols, and collaborate with tooling, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.

Project Engineer responsible for converting customer RFQs into quotations and leading awarded thermoplastic injection-molding programs through tooling, validation, launch, and manufacturing handoff. Duties include manufacturability assessment, cost and capacity modeling, supplier coordination, project planning, mold and process reviews, validation, quality documentation, customer communication, and production transfer in a regulated medical manufacturing environment.
