Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals and facilities, deliver approved program information, build customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and document interactions in a CRM. The role requires meeting outreach KPIs, maintaining quality and compliance, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in training. It is fully remote, initially contracted for three months with potential renewal.

Coordinates Medical Affairs projects, meetings, educational programs, healthcare professional engagements, and events. Manages calendars, timelines, budgets, invoices, documentation, presentations, reports, and administrative follow-up. Collaborates with internal teams, healthcare professionals, vendors, and external partners while supporting compliance processes and departmental reporting. Requires strong organization, communication, presentation, and multitasking skills in a bilingual French-English healthcare environment.

Responsible for achieving pharmaceutical sales objectives across an assigned territory by communicating approved product information to healthcare professionals and building customer relationships. Develops and executes territory business plans, organizes educational and CME programs, identifies market opportunities, collaborates with internal and external partners, reports adverse events and product complaints, and maintains company materials. The role focuses on primary care, neurology, and migraine treatment options and requires compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
