Provide in-field clinical education, hands-on training, and ongoing technical support for vascular access and IV/infusion therapy products. Collaborate with sales and clinical teams, lead training sessions, troubleshoot product issues, mentor users, and support product evaluations and conversions. Frequent travel within Greater Montreal required.

Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals and stakeholders to deliver approved program information, achieve KPIs, document interactions in a CRM, respond professionally to inquiries, and participate in team training while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Provide clinical and product education and technical support for infusion (iron) therapies to healthcare professionals and infusion clinic teams. Develop and deliver training programs, ensure compliant use of therapies, document interactions, report adverse events, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Patient Access, and Patient Solutions to support regional objectives. Travel and field-based engagement required.
