Provide clinical and product education and technical support for infusion (iron) therapies to healthcare professionals and infusion clinic teams. Develop and deliver training programs, ensure compliant use of therapies, document interactions, report adverse events, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Patient Access, and Patient Solutions to support regional objectives. Travel and field-based engagement required.

Provide product education and clinical support for iron infusion therapies to healthcare professionals and infusion clinics. Deliver in-person and virtual training, maintain product and clinical expertise, document interactions, report adverse events, support therapy implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and perform administrative duties. Travel ~30% and ensure compliance with Canadian regulations.

Provide in-field clinical education, hands-on training, and ongoing technical support for vascular access and IV/infusion therapy products. Collaborate with sales and clinical teams, lead training sessions, troubleshoot product issues, mentor users, and support product evaluations and conversions. Frequent travel within Greater Montreal required.
