Lead day-to-day healthcare communications programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, consumer, and non-profit clients. Manage client relationships, project delivery, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; develop press releases, social content, presentations, and strategic plans; support new business and mentor junior team members while monitoring industry trends to inform client recommendations.

Own the operating rhythm of an enterprise AI platform program, coordinating cross-functional sequencing, quarterly planning, resource visibility, stage gates, delivery forums, risk management, reporting standards, and executive communications. The role ensures dependencies and handoffs are clear, commitments are tracked, blockers are escalated, and program status supports timely decisions across Product, Development, Operations, Enablement, Support, Transformation, and Commercialization.

Leads AWS infrastructure and DevOps strategy, architecture, security, operations, CI/CD, SaaS administration, release management, and cloud cost optimization. Designs reliable and scalable infrastructure, manages infrastructure as code, containerization, monitoring, disaster recovery, identity controls, and compliance practices. Troubleshoots production issues, leads remediation, supports audits, and partners with Engineering, Security, and IT teams. The role requires hands-on ownership of production environments and occasional off-hours deployment support.
