The role resolves escalated benefits inquiries, supports process and technology improvements, partners with HR and Centers of Excellence, and handles sensitive employee information while ensuring timely, accurate service delivery.

Administer and optimize Workday HCM, UKG Kronos, and related HR technology systems. Manage security, integrations, EIBs, data loads, audits, testing, releases, reporting, dashboards, and system troubleshooting. Partner with HR and technical teams on implementations and continuous improvement while supporting employee experience. Coach junior team members and maintain process documentation.
