Lead on-site production operations to meet production plans, quality, safety, and customer requirements. Drive operational improvements (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma), monitor OEE, manage changeovers, ensure EHS and quality compliance (ISO, GHPS, HACCP), develop teams, control budgets, and deliver continuous improvement projects.

Support the Finance team by preparing reports and presentations, assisting budgeting and forecasting, performing variance and trend analysis, reconciling accounts, participating in audits, researching market and regulatory trends, and maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets.

Lead and manage 3PL warehouse and transportation operations for finished goods and consumables in Thailand. Develop logistics strategy, optimize network and warehouse capacity, manage transportation, enforce compliance and audits, implement KPIs and supplier performance reviews, lead continuous improvement and cost-saving projects, and coach the logistics team to meet service and cost targets.
