Leads capital and technical improvement projects from concept through design, construction, commissioning, startup, training, and handover. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, contractors, vendors, safety, compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders. Provides engineering expertise for equipment selection, system design, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization in an active manufacturing facility. Supports continuous improvement, engineering standards, risk management, and mentoring of junior engineers.

The Process Engineer will enhance safety and production efficiency, troubleshoot equipment issues, and assist in process improvements while mentoring others.

Leads the global strategy, roadmap, governance, and investment portfolio for CRM and commercial platforms. Oversees product management, customer experience capabilities, knowledge, AI, automation, and service workflows. Partners with senior stakeholders across commercial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and technology functions while managing a global multidisciplinary team and balancing enterprise standards with regional needs.
