Teams at Ingram Content Group

Manages day-to-day client relations operations and assigned publisher relationships. Acts as a liaison between publishers and Ingram, provides publishing and title guidance, supports sales projections and client events, educates clients on service offerings, manages deadlines and business materials, and supervises, mentors, and develops client relations staff.

Supports Oracle Financial and reporting applications throughout the product development lifecycle. Gathers and translates business requirements, documents functional specifications, assists with QA and testing, performs gap analysis, maintains AutoReports and OBIEE reports, troubleshoots reporting issues, and provides first-level support for financial system problem tickets. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the LaVergne, Tennessee office.

Supports publisher customers by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, managing requests, and coordinating with internal teams. Provides guidance on IngramSpark and Lightning Source services, maintains accurate customer records, supports third-party service agents, attends customer meetings, and contributes to sales growth through effective upselling.
