Serve as an expert client-facing coordinator handling phone/chat/email requests via ticketing system; process orders, inventory, credits, and reports; provide first-level system support, liaise with stakeholders, create process documentation, and improve procedures while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and professional communication.

Sell Ingram Content Group print services to existing and prospective publishers, develop strategic publisher relationships, create solution-based proposals, deliver presentations and contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and meet or exceed sales targets.
