Lead development, execution, and optimization of paid digital advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels to generate qualified leads and improve acquisition metrics. Manage budgets, tracking, A/B testing, reporting, attribution, CRO, and cross-team integrations to optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROI/ROAS, and funnel conversion from lead to funded client while ensuring regulatory and platform compliance.

Support design and marketing by creating social, web, and campaign visuals; produce basic motion graphics and short-form videos; prepare print/digital production files; use and refine AI-generated assets; collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to meet brand and project requirements.
