Designs, deploys, and maintains highly available infrastructure across AWS, co-location, virtualization, networking, storage, and Windows environments. Owns capacity planning, patching, security controls, disaster recovery, business continuity, firewall and DNS administration, and infrastructure automation. Leads deployment initiatives, ensures PCI compliance, supports production systems through on-call rotation, and mentors junior technical staff.
