Assist the central planning team with preparing planning applications, site appraisals, planning statements, consultations, stakeholder engagement, appeal submissions, report writing, project administration, and multidisciplinary coordination while developing toward professional accreditation.

Deliver mechanical building-services design from concept to completion for healthcare and education projects. Prepare detailed designs, specifications and reports, perform site inspections, review tenders, monitor project progress, ensure QA compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using IES, AutoCAD and Revit.

Lead electrical building services design and delivery across projects (notably MoD/MoJ). Provide technical design, specifications and fee-earning work; manage junior engineers; run client meetings; prepare tender reports; project-manage site works, inspections and contractor accounts; support invoicing and business development activities.
