Leads engineering design and project management for plant improvement, capital, process, equipment, and facility projects. Oversees installations, commissioning, process trials, equipment specifications, and control upgrades. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement teams to improve safety, quality, reliability, production rates, and costs. Supports new product development, plant expansions, sustainability initiatives, and employee training while managing projects through on-time completion.

Leads sales strategy and account performance across the Americas for B2B chemical products. Manages sales teams, revenue, margins, forecasts, budgets, pricing, customer relationships, account plans, market insights, and opportunity pipelines. Drives new business development and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, technical, supply chain, and commercial teams. The home-based role requires regular travel across the Americas and to the UK headquarters.

Supports marketing communications, trade shows, collateral development, website content, social media, and brand stewardship. Creates brochures, ads, sell sheets, and trade show graphics using Adobe tools; coordinates vendors, logistics, approvals, and deadlines; maintains WordPress content; produces website analytics reports; and collaborates with marketing and commercial teams to execute brand priorities.
