Provides independent clinical quality assurance for Work Capability Assessments, reviewing clinical decisions, documentation, audits, governance, training, and compliance. The role identifies risks and trends, challenges audit findings, supports calibration and root-cause analysis, delivers constructive feedback, contributes to quality improvement, and maintains assurance records and reports. It collaborates with clinical teams, delivery partners, learning and development, and the Department for Work and Pensions to promote consistent, safe, and compliant health assessment services.

Manage employer relationships and partnerships across Bury and Greater Manchester to create sustainable employment opportunities. Identify workforce needs, recruitment opportunities, and labour market trends; coordinate vacancy campaigns, interviews, job fairs, and employer presentations; and collaborate with advisors and stakeholders to match participants with suitable roles. Maintain engagement records, share market intelligence, support contractual performance targets, and ensure activity complies with GDPR and company procedures.

Leads digital business engagement by aligning technology strategy, investments, transformation initiatives, and service improvements with organisational priorities. Acts as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, manages portfolio demand, develops business cases and benefits frameworks, drives digital adoption, and leads change and value realisation. The role also serves as Digital Business Partner for the Health Division and oversees multidisciplinary teams, stakeholder relationships, commercial planning, and strategic transformation delivery.
