Lead employer and stakeholder engagement for the Youth Jobs Guarantee programme. Build relationships with employers, government agencies, local authorities, and community organizations; manage Employer Engagement Consultants; maintain an opportunity pipeline; use data to improve conversion and reduce risk; promote inclusive recruitment; strengthen job matching and retention; and report performance, progress, and risks to the Service Manager.

Leads the design and delivery of new entrant retention initiatives for healthcare practitioners. Identifies attrition risks, advises and coaches managers, develops retention toolkits, coordinates targeted interventions, embeds wellbeing and reasonable adjustments, ensures governance alignment, and uses workforce insight to monitor trends and improve onboarding, training, supervision, and early-career outcomes.

Administer and optimize the Totara LMS, maintaining users, access, content, workflows, data quality, system integrity, dashboards, and reports. Provide user support, troubleshoot issues with technical teams and vendors, respond to data requests, and identify process and platform improvements. The role supports learning delivery, compliance monitoring, workforce development, and learner engagement while collaborating with Learning and Development teams and organizational stakeholders.
