Conduct face-to-face, video and telephone functional assessments to evaluate claimants' ability to perform daily activities. Gather and review clinical evidence, request additional information, triage cases, and produce high-quality structured reports for DWP. Participate in training to achieve DWP accreditation, collaborate with clinical colleagues, and meet performance targets within a hybrid working pattern.

Develop and maintain employer relationships to create employment, work experience and progression opportunities. Match participants to vacancies, coordinate recruitment activities, promote inclusive hiring, support candidates through recruitment, monitor outcomes, and represent the service at employer and stakeholder events.

Manage a focused caseload to deliver personalised, health-informed support in office and community settings. Conduct assessments, create tailored support plans, coordinate referrals, promote skills, volunteering and employer engagement, record progress, escalate safeguarding concerns, and provide in-work support to help participants overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.
