Lead retention and re-engagement strategies for Ingenio's consumer brands, optimizing customer lifecycle through marketing automation and analytics. Manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand loyalty and performance KPIs.

Manage day-to-day Paid Social and Search campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads. Own performance creative and landing page optimization, build data-driven creative briefs, ensure MarTech/tracking hygiene (pixels, GTM, CAPI, MMPs), partner with Data Engineering on attribution and feeds, run continuous A/B tests, and create performance dashboards to improve CAC and conversion rates.
