Supports regional workforce operations through employee onboarding, scheduling, timekeeping, compliance tracking, VMS administration, reporting, and employee relations coordination. Serves as a liaison between clinical operations leadership and headquarters, assists with staffing and recruiting, monitors workforce metrics, supports coaching and corrective actions, and helps resolve operational issues. The position is fully remote for West Coast candidates, with site visits as needed.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains BI reports, dashboards, data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes using Microsoft BI tools. The role analyzes source data, resolves data integrity issues, supports stakeholders and end users, implements data protection solutions, and maintains documentation. This is a fully remote position with approved-location restrictions.

Lead cross-functional implementations and continuous improvement initiatives for healthcare staffing programs. Manage end-to-end project rollouts, drive process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma), facilitate Kaizen and process mapping, monitor KPIs and risks, support change management, and maintain documentation of SOPs and workflows to ensure service delivery and compliance.
