Serve as the primary contact for international corporate banking clients. Build relationships, coordinate service requests across internal teams, manage complaints and escalations, support incidents, participate in client calls and reviews, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication, organization, ownership, stakeholder-management skills, and occasional business travel.

Develop and maintain OnePAM APIs using Java and Spring, including feature design, testing, deployment, production support, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders. The role applies domain-driven design, hexagonal architecture, and functional programming while working with SQL and NoSQL databases. It also involves guiding less experienced engineers and supporting controlled platform releases.

Designs, develops, and maintains automated testing frameworks and scripts for banking applications. Performs functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing; manages defects; supports CI/CD and continuous testing; and uses Azure DevOps for quality processes. Collaborates with developers, analysts, product teams, and global stakeholders to validate requirements, improve testing efficiency, and promote quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
