Originate and grow Transaction Services business by developing sales strategies across Cash Management, Liquidity and Trade Finance. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, negotiate commercial terms, collaborate with advisory, product and operations teams, ensure KYC and risk compliance, and represent ING at client meetings and industry events to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share.

Support and enhance ING's Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR). Monitor and test reporting controls, analyze results, identify risks and remediation, develop guidance and documentation, advise stakeholders, prepare governance materials, and deliver training to strengthen control effectiveness and regulatory compliance across global finance teams.

Provide HR transactional support in a Shared Services environment: maintain employee data and lifecycle, create contracts, handle inquiries, cooperate with managers, maintain knowledge base, and assist policy, procedure, and system implementations.
