Lead end-to-end coordination, administration and submission of civil engineering tenders across South and East Africa. Manage opportunity monitoring, document registers, compliance with CIDB/CSD/B-BBEE/donor frameworks, coordinate internal teams and JV partners, improve bid quality and templates, support pricing collaboration and post-tender clarifications and award processes.

Lead mechanical engineering design for infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects. Produce and check detailed and outline designs, calculations, drawings and reports; support project managers; review third-party designs; provide technical guidance and mentoring; ensure compliance with standards, contracts and company quality and health & safety systems; undertake fee-earning assignments in the UK and overseas.

Lead design, assessment, rehabilitation and safety evaluation of dams and hydraulic structures. Perform stability, seepage, seismic and liquefaction analyses; plan geotechnical investigations; conduct dam safety inspections and compile Safety Evaluation Reports and risk analyses; provide construction oversight and quality assurance; manage projects under FIDIC/NEC; coordinate regulatory engagement; mentor junior engineers and support business development.
