Manage end-to-end B2B SaaS customer onboarding, including account configuration, AI SDR and workflow setup, CRM and application integrations, training, troubleshooting, adoption monitoring, and implementation reporting. Serve as the primary customer contact, support retention and expansion, and coordinate escalations. Lead onboarding team members, maintain SOPs and documentation, monitor productivity, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve implementation efficiency and customer outcomes.

Maintain and improve the organization’s ISO 27001-aligned ISMS, coordinate internal and external audits, manage information security risks and controls, maintain compliance documentation, support incident and vendor assessments, and coordinate awareness, business continuity, and corrective action activities. The role also prepares security reports and collaborates with IT, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure effective security governance.

Own AI-powered outbound prospecting and pipeline generation using 27x.ai. Define ICPs, build international campaigns, personalize multichannel outreach, conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, qualify prospects, and convert leads into opportunities. Track campaign and pipeline metrics, create sales playbooks and battle cards, optimize messaging and sequences, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain CRM hygiene, and mentor junior SDR or presales team members.
