Implement infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform, troubleshoot network performance, monitor availability, and support high-scale architectures. Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes while collaborating with infrastructure, security, platform, and development teams.

Develops and manages multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and engagement. Creates email, landing page, and collateral copy; manages audience segmentation and databases; uses marketing automation tools; analyzes performance and ROI; produces reports; and recommends data-driven optimizations. Collaborates with internal teams and global clients while independently managing campaign deliverables, email outreach, deliverability, and strategic campaign planning.

Owns end-to-end content strategy for multiple B2B SaaS products, including buyer-journey frameworks, editorial roadmaps, content architecture, SEO and programmatic initiatives, distribution, measurement, governance, and performance optimization. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, UX, and Design while guiding writers and agencies to deliver content supporting pipeline, adoption, retention, and expansion.
