Owns end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement strategy, demand and supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, logistics coordination, supplier management, and KPI reporting. The role supports Starlink equipment forecasting and delivery tracking, partners with warehouse and cross-functional teams, and contributes to Salesforce and Sage Intacct supply chain system implementations.

Process customer invoices and payments, maintain receivables, investigate and resolve account discrepancies and deductions, assist collections through phone and email outreach, prepare receivable reports, and support period close, cash flow and revenue forecasting. Use billing portals and accounting software and provide administrative support to the AR department.

Manage the full contract lifecycle and own DocuSign workflows and templates. Keep documentation audit-ready, support HR/Legal/Finance with administrative tasks, and streamline internal processes and systems.
