Manage day-to-day field operations for wireless telecommunications construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, quality, productivity, resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, training, and continuous improvement while supporting project stakeholders and workforce development.

Assist journeyman/master electricians with installing electrical equipment, conduit, wiring, grounding, basic troubleshooting, testing, site prep, and safety compliance while maintaining documentation and clean work areas.
