Responsibilities include structuring acquisitions and other transactions, managing due diligence and financial analysis, reviewing investment documentation, cultivating market relationships, presenting opportunities to investment committees, supporting fundraising and reporting, monitoring investments, and mentoring junior team members.

Supports infrastructure and energy investment origination, execution, financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, portfolio management, and investment committee presentations. Conducts market and competitor analysis, evaluates commercial and financial drivers, models equity returns and fund forecasts, and identifies portfolio value enhancements. Collaborates with portfolio, asset management, capital formation, and advisory teams while managing multiple workstreams and reporting deadlines.

Supports infrastructure and energy investment origination and execution through financial modeling, analysis, transaction structuring, due diligence, advisor coordination, investment committee presentations, market research, portfolio valuation, refinancing analysis, and fund forecasting. The role also supports portfolio and asset management, equity return modeling, commercial assessments, reporting, and board oversight across infrastructure funds, with a focus on the Americas.
