Oversee cemetery operations, burial services, family support, customer relationships, vendor coordination, records, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, payroll support, budgets, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety. The role combines compassionate administrative service with outdoor cemetery responsibilities and requires occasional weekends, overtime, and non-standard hours.

Leads automation and intelligence projects from kickoff through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, vendors, and customer communications. Coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Field Services, and OT/Cyber teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes. Tracks project KPIs, manages changes and invoicing milestones, and ensures documentation and closeout. The role is primarily office or remote with travel to facilities, project sites, and client or vendor meetings as needed.

Develop HMI and SCADA applications, configure servers, workstations, networks, and industrial communications, and install and test system software. Participate in Factory and Site Acceptance Testing, demonstrate system functionality, create operational reports, train customers, provide technical support, and complete project documentation. The role involves regular travel to job sites for system startup, testing, demonstrations, and warranty troubleshooting.
