Develop and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization solutions, including web tracking, behavioral events, audience segmentation, campaigns, sitemaps, JavaScript customizations, Einstein recommendations, and integrations with Salesforce and other systems. Troubleshoot implementations, monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, ensure data quality and privacy compliance, and collaborate with business and technical teams in a remote client-facing environment.

Conduct performance, load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing for Salesforce applications, APIs, integrations, and business workflows using Apache JMeter. Develop reusable test scripts, execute distributed tests, analyze response times and bottlenecks, review Salesforce limits and logs, recommend optimizations, and perform regression testing. Prepare reports and collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders on defect triage and root-cause analysis.
