Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the Costa Rica Development Centre, coordinate office operations, payroll and FTZ compliance, maintain employee documentation and reporting, and support cross-border HR and vendor processes.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing. Create and execute test cases, build frameworks from scratch, perform end-to-end and interface testing, integrate with CI/CD, report and close defects, and document test architecture and best practices while collaborating with developers, product owners, and DevOps.
