Design and execute performance test plans using NeoLoad, JMeter, and LoadRunner; simulate workloads, analyze metrics and logs, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations. Collaborate with developers and architects, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as a performance engineering subject matter expert across initiatives.

Partner with leadership to run global finance operations: bookkeeping, AP/AR, month-end close, reconciliations, cash management, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. Provide analysis on revenue, margins, consultant utilization, forecasting, and project profitability. Build scalable processes, dashboards, and controls while managing external vendors and supporting audits to enable growth.

The Informatica P360 Specialist will configure P360 solutions, develop data quality mappings, and integrate data from various sources using cloud environments. Responsibilities include workflow development, data profiling, and unit testing for accuracy.
