Build, operate, and automate Infovista’s hybrid infrastructure across on-premises data centers and public clouds. Develop Infrastructure as Code, manage Kubernetes and CI/CD platforms, implement observability and SRE practices, automate lifecycle management and remediation, and support security, compliance, FinOps, asset discovery, and self-service provisioning. Collaborate with product engineering, security, IT operations, network teams, and third-party partners while modernizing legacy environments and promoting reusable automation.

Lead Infovista’s international network, infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps organization. Own the multi-year platform strategy, roadmap, budget, reliability, security, cost optimization, and delivery outcomes. Govern offshore partners, sourcing models, SLAs, and performance while providing technical direction on cloud, Kubernetes, networking, and automation. Partner with executive, product, engineering, and security stakeholders to build scalable platforms supporting SaaS, network intelligence, AI, analytics, and automation initiatives.

Owns revenue growth across mid-market CSP, service provider, enterprise, and VAR accounts. Responsibilities include new-logo acquisition, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, partner development, executive relationship management, complex B2B technology sales, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, negotiation, forecasting, and CRM discipline. The role requires selling network testing, planning, optimization, monitoring, performance management, and network lifecycle automation solutions while meeting quota and expanding Infovista’s installed base.

Drive enterprise software sales across the AMER region, targeting communications, financial services, retail, utilities, and healthcare organizations. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, managing the quote-to-cash process, developing sales strategies and pipelines, forecasting revenue, engaging senior stakeholders, overseeing demand generation, and supporting channel partners. The role requires experience selling enterprise software, knowledge of customer experience and contact center markets, proficiency in B2B sales methodologies, and regional customer travel.

Manages existing customer accounts and develops new business for network testing and planning solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, opportunity qualification, demonstrations, proposals, commercial negotiations, pipeline forecasting, renewals, upselling, and closing smaller opportunities. The role engages telecom operators and technology partners, translates technical network challenges into business opportunities, and collaborates with account, marketing, engineering, services, and support teams on larger engagements.

Manages existing customer accounts and new business opportunities for network testing and planning solutions across North America. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, commercial negotiations, closing, upselling, pipeline forecasting, and customer retention. The role requires practical telecom expertise, familiarity with mobile networks and operator workflows, and collaboration with account, marketing, solution engineering, renewals, and support teams.

Provides technical leadership and defines architecture and roadmaps for telecommunications protocol decoding, data correlation, enrichment, and processing platforms. Designs scalable, maintainable solutions for Diameter, GTP, 5G SBI, IMS, VoLTE, VoNR, CUPS, and related 3GPP protocols. Establishes data models, quality standards, lineage, and enrichment rules; drives technology selection, architectural consistency, and platform reuse; collaborates with Product Management and Engineering; and mentors teams on complex software architecture challenges.
