Drive enterprise software sales across the AMER region, targeting communications, financial services, retail, utilities, and healthcare organizations. Manages existing customer accounts and develops new business for network testing and planning solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, opportunity qualification, demonstrations, proposals, commercial negotiations, pipeline forecasting, renewals, upselling, and closing smaller opportunities. The role engages telecom operators and technology partners, translates technical network challenges into business opportunities, and collaborates with account, marketing, engineering, services, and support teams on larger engagements.

Manages existing customer accounts and new business opportunities for network testing and planning solutions across North America. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, commercial negotiations, closing, upselling, pipeline forecasting, and customer retention. The role requires practical telecom expertise, familiarity with mobile networks and operator workflows, and collaboration with account, marketing, solution engineering, renewals, and support teams.

Provides technical leadership and defines architecture and roadmaps for telecommunications protocol decoding, data correlation, enrichment, and processing platforms. Designs scalable, maintainable solutions for Diameter, GTP, 5G SBI, IMS, VoLTE, VoNR, CUPS, and related 3GPP protocols. Establishes data models, quality standards, lineage, and enrichment rules; drives technology selection, architectural consistency, and platform reuse; collaborates with Product Management and Engineering; and mentors teams on complex software architecture challenges.

Lead regional financial operations for five EMEA entities (including three in France). Ensure timely monthly close (D+3), French year-end financials, tax filings, and compliance. Prepare reports, forecasts, budgets, manage cash flow, liaise with auditors/tax advisors/local accountants, support the Accounting Finance Director, and mentor a team of three finance professionals to drive business performance.
