The IT Administrator manages hardware, oversees patch management, and administers AWS and other IT resources ensuring a secure operational environment.

Support daily operation of hosted applications and environments by monitoring production jobs/services, troubleshooting outages, supporting deployments and upgrades, performing QA/regression testing, assisting with backups/restores and disaster recovery, producing operational documentation, and participating in on-call rotations to ensure application stability and reliability.

Convert and validate client data from legacy trust accounting systems into Infovisa software. Map, transform, reconcile, and troubleshoot data issues; perform QA and regression testing; run validation prior to production. Lead client onboarding calls, explain system functionality and data requirements, prepare documentation, and collaborate with Product Support and Development to resolve implementation issues.
