Develops and maintains secure Tableau dashboards, reports, workbooks, data queries, and automated reporting processes in a government environment. Integrates and validates data from multiple sources, optimizes queries and Tableau performance, implements access controls and data-level security, and troubleshoots complex reporting issues. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis, develops statistical or analytical models, creates interactive visualizations, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable business intelligence solutions.

Owns day-to-day operations, maintenance, security, accessibility, content publishing, and enhancements for a Drupal website. Develops templates, content types, views, and layouts; applies patches and dependency updates; remediates security and Section 508 findings; manages change requests and deployments across environments; and performs comprehensive QA. Collaborates with statisticians and communications teams to publish accessible reports and data visualizations.

Leads a team producing recurring daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports from near-real-time federal data. Manages schedules, staffing, quality control, methodology documentation, data-feed issues, stakeholder communications, risks, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinates developers, analysts, statisticians, and subject matter experts while ensuring timely reporting to government leadership and interagency partners. Requires strong project leadership, reporting operations experience, PMP certification, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Support eDiscovery workflows under the EDRM using Relativity, Clearwell, or Concordance. Identify, preserve, collect, process, ingest, and produce ESI; perform complex Boolean searches; manage chain of custody and project documentation; generate data analysis reports; maintain client contact and meet court deadlines; assist through data archiving and provide expert testimony as needed.
