Associate Corporate Counsel will manage commercial agreements, product counseling, privacy and data security, intellectual property, employment matters, corporate governance, disputes, regulatory inquiries, and legal processes. The role partners with cross-functional teams, advises business leaders, negotiates technology-related contracts, supports AI and SaaS matters, and provides practical risk-based legal guidance. Candidates need strong commercial judgment, communication, organization, and the ability to manage broad legal matters with limited supervision.

Leads the Business Intelligence and Revenue Analytics function, balancing team management with hands-on analysis. Develops dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasts, and reporting for Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and executives. Partners with Data Engineering on data models, pipelines, governance, and quality. Translates business needs into analytical solutions, delivers actionable insights, manages the analytics roadmap, prioritizes initiatives, and coaches a small team.

Manages and develops a frontline client support team across call, chat, and email channels. Responsibilities include coaching, hiring, training, workforce scheduling, escalation handling, KPI management, reporting, customer advocacy, employee engagement, and operational improvement. The manager partners with IT, Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and People Operations to improve service quality, scale support processes, and optimize systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud and telephony platforms.
