Designs and implements enterprise cloud infrastructure and ServiceNow environments. Responsibilities include multi-cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM configuration, MID Server architecture, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB population, API integrations, custom workflows, upgrades, cloning, release management, security compliance, and performance tuning.

Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate stakeholder needs into ServiceNow user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and configurations. Manage backlog refinement, process improvement, UAT, defect resolution, reporting, documentation, training, and platform adoption while partnering with Product Owners, Developers, and Administrators.

Manage and support SAP systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, upgrades, transport management, and troubleshooting. Advise clients on SAP system administration and resolve technical issues across SAP landscapes. The role also provides infrastructure technology support and requires collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
