The role also involves analyzing business needs, supporting organizational change, improving processes, communicating effectively, and sharing technical knowledge.

Leads QA strategy, governance, service management, reporting, risk mitigation, compliance, and continuous improvement across automotive technology programmes. Manages QA and service delivery teams, oversees ticket tracking and quality metrics, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and mentors QA professionals. Collaborates with engineering, software, cloud, data, and vehicle teams while ensuring alignment with automotive standards and customer quality requirements.

Lead large-scale, multi-team delivery programs from planning through execution. Manage governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Serve as the primary partner to executive and C-suite stakeholders, providing status updates, roadmaps, and decision frameworks. The role requires extensive program management experience, strong senior-level communication skills, and knowledge of hybrid and Agile methodologies. Onsite presence is required two to three days weekly in the Northeast.
