Lead end-to-end HCM cloud transformation projects, advise on HR cloud capabilities and vendor selection, design HR operating models and experience-driven HR processes, run workshops, drive AI-enabled HR solutions, manage stakeholders and vendor relationships, and mentor teams while contributing to practice development and pre-sales.

Deliver end-to-end Palantir Foundry solutions, including data pipelines, transformations, ontology models, integrations, and production deployments. Translate client requirements into scalable, governed, high-performance data applications using Python, SQL, and PySpark. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, lead solution design and implementation, support adoption, and provide technical guidance. The role also contributes to data architecture, testing, CI/CD, data quality, security, and platform engineering best practices.

Lead end-to-end Guidewire solution design across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter implementations and cloud migrations. Translate P&C insurance needs into standardized configurations, integrations, specifications, and release plans. Oversee development, reviews, testing, defect resolution, and production readiness while advising client stakeholders. Lead workshops, mentor technical teams, manage complex delivery risks, and assess Guidewire cloud releases. Requires deep Guidewire expertise, P&C insurance knowledge, consulting experience, and strong communication skills.
