Provides IT and Business Central support to U.S. business users across sales, service, administration, and warehousing. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer, and ERP issues; managing configurations, master data, authorizations, interfaces, and documentation; supporting testing, releases, training, and digital transformation projects; and coordinating requirements, priorities, infrastructure changes, and escalations with central IT teams in Switzerland and external partners.
