Leads integrated B2B marketing campaigns spanning brand, product, demand generation, content, events, partnerships, and owned media. Partners with executive, revenue, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop messaging, go-to-market plans, and pipeline-driving programs. Oversees campaign analytics, ROI reporting, marketing materials, vendors, and agencies while mentoring marketing staff and identifying opportunities to improve brand performance and growth.

Owns a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving retention, renewals, upsell and cross-sell growth. Manages client relationships across the account lifecycle, monitors account health and risk, develops account strategies, and collaborates with Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Sales. Maintains CRM records, supports forecasting, resolves client challenges, and communicates customer feedback internally.

Manages international department operations, including criminal record searches, employment and education verifications, order processing, delayed-order tracking, client updates, vendor communication, and confidential data handling. Ensures searches are accurate, timely, and compliant with established procedures while supporting client-specific requirements. Requires fluent written and verbal French and English, strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and intermediate Excel proficiency.
