Serve as primary account owner for a portfolio of enterprise clients to drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction. Build account strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, monitor account health using data, lead renewals, and collaborate with CSMs, Product, and Operations while maintaining CRM records and forecasting.

Manage day-to-day client relationships to drive adoption and value realization. Track and analyze usage metrics, identify risks and expansion signals, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain documentation and success plans, and support Account Executives with data-driven handoffs and renewal readiness.

Lead employee relations by advising leaders, conducting investigations, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring policy compliance. Partner with HR to drive engagement, design training, analyze trends, and support culture initiatives while mitigating organizational risk.
