Collaborates with stakeholders, product managers, technical teams, and senior leaders to align designs with enterprise architecture principles, user needs, and business objectives. Promotes Azure best practices, supports agile delivery, evaluates emerging technologies, and helps establish architecture standards and communities of practice.

Leads the Contracts and Compliance legal team, providing strategic advice on commercial contracts, procurement, data protection, public law, leases, and data sharing. Manages complex negotiations, legal risk, external counsel, internal compliance, strategic initiatives, performance monitoring, and lawyer development. Supports organisational policy, regulatory priorities, continuous improvement, senior stakeholder engagement, and legal training while independently managing complex matters.
