Design and deliver the ICO's infrastructure architecture vision, strategy and roadmaps across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments. Lead infrastructure design, standards, policies and assurance, provide technical leadership to projects, perform capacity planning and performance tuning, engage senior stakeholders, evangelise Azure IaaS/PaaS and security practices, and contribute to enterprise architecture and community of practice.

Senior leadership role to lead regulatory assurance and cyber functions, delivering supervisory models, oversight of cyber legislation readiness, budgetary responsibility, stakeholder engagement, and organisational strategy. Drive assurance, prevention-focused interventions, risk management, and cross‑functional delivery while representing the organisation externally and embedding continuous improvement and inclusive leadership.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise-aligned solution architectures. Guide technology evaluation, requirements validation, Azure-based implementations, and create architecture roadmaps and reusable design building blocks. Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams, support technical projects, evangelise Azure best practices, perform horizon scanning for new technologies, and promote architecture standards and inclusive community practices across the organisation.

Lead development and improvement of the ICO's corporate governance framework, advise senior leaders, manage governance projects and reporting, ensure compliance, and supervise a Governance & Secretariat Support Officer to deliver governance and secretariat services.
