Lead and scale a cross-functional GTM Operations function, owning GTM tech stack, revenue data and reporting, territory and commission design, forecast processes, and AI adoption to drive efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Provide 1st/2nd line support and manage ticketing in Intercom; triage and resolve incidents, handle backups and server/network issues, build KPIs/CSAT dashboards, document and automate processes, and follow major-incident procedures.

Manage a portfolio of MSP partners across ANZ as their primary contact. Drive product adoption, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, coordinate onboarding, deliver training/workshops, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
