Provides first-line IT support and manages company infrastructure, including hardware, software licenses, procurement, asset inventory, system monitoring, patching, updates, onboarding, and offboarding. Troubleshoots Windows, macOS, hardware, software, and network issues; supports Microsoft 365 administration; delivers security awareness guidance; maintains documentation; and contributes to IT and infrastructure improvement projects.

Coordinate recruitment operations across the UK, US, and EMEA by administering the ATS, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, maintaining job postings and hiring data, preparing reports, and supporting offers and onboarding. The role also assists with screening, employer branding, recruitment projects, process improvement, compliance, and workflow optimization while supporting Talent Partners and hiring managers.

Provides first- and second-line technical support to MSP partners, triages incidents, resolves platform issues, manages Intercom tickets, and follows major incident procedures. Builds KPI, CSAT, and service dashboards; develops workflows and documentation to improve service desk operations. Collaborates with Engineering and Product on customer feedback and feature requests while delivering professional, empathetic customer service.
