Manage a portfolio of MSP partners across ANZ as their primary contact. Drive product adoption, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, coordinate onboarding, deliver training/workshops, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Monitor SIEM/EDR alerts, triage and investigate incidents, perform log analysis across network/endpoints/cloud/identity, support containment/remediation and forensics, improve detection playbooks, participate in threat hunting, and assist onboarding security tools and post-incident reporting.

Manage a portfolio of MSP partners across ANZ to drive platform adoption, retention, upsells and renewals. Onboard clients, deliver workshops and training, monitor customer health, relay feedback to Product, and collaborate with Sales, Support and Implementation to ensure partner success.
