Serve as a Flexcube SME/Business Analyst specializing in FLEXCUBE Corporate. Provide techno-functional expertise across CASA, IC, Payments, Accounting and Trades, perform data mapping and documentation, support maintenance setup, conduct complex corporate banking and accounting analysis, collaborate with distributed global teams, and work independently. Oracle PL/SQL knowledge is desirable.

Manage UK/EU client accounts for IT recruitment: build relationships with MSPs and hiring managers, coordinate end-to-end recruitment, support and train recruiters, provide market updates, and ensure timely placements and client satisfaction.

Design and document end-to-end solutions for complex telecom environments. Translate enterprise architecture into detailed technical and interface designs, provide design governance during build/test, estimate delivery effort, challenge requirements and vendor estimates, and drive standards and improvements. Collaborate with architects, infrastructure, security, and stakeholders; support multi-methodology delivery and travel within UK and internationally.

Manage and automate Windows and Linux VDI environments (VMware/Hyper-V/Citrix/RHEV). Configure Windows servers/desktops, storage (HPE/NetApp), virtual imaging/packaging, and software distribution. Implement infrastructure automation and IaC (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform), scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), CI/CD tooling (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Nexus), and support Agile/Scrum delivery.

Lead business-IT alignment for insurance clients: advise on IT and business transformation, produce application and IT roadmaps, liaise with senior client sponsors, capture opportunities, and provide stakeholder direction. Requires insurance domain expertise and hands-on experience with similar client setups.

Implement and support SAP RAR solutions: analyze requirements, design and configure RAR and BRF+ applications, integrate with SAP FICA/BRIM and legacy systems, perform data migration, reconcile FICA and RAR figures, handle month-end/closing, provide AMS support, perform RCA and fix issues.

Lead migration of integration and output applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: inventory changes, identify functional impacts, propose fixes, plan migration activities, and execute migrations on time and quality while ensuring service continuity.
